Orders stay open until Friday night. Choose your package and dishes anytime during the week.
Delivered the following Tuesday
Delivery takes place Tuesday 15:00–19:00. You’ll receive an SMS on the day with an approximate time window.

Ordering & Deadlines
Is this a subscription?
No. You order week by week. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
Until when can I place my order?
Orders close every Thursday at 23:59 for delivery the following Tuesday.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled until Thursday at 23:59.
After that, production is scheduled and changes are no longer possible.
Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Deliveries take place on Tuesdays between 15:00 and 19:00.
You will receive a message on the day of delivery with a time window.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver in Amsterdam and Amstelveen.
What happens if I’m not home?
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
If delivery fails, additional delivery fees may apply or you will have to pick up at our production kitchen in Houthavens.
Containers & Deposit
Why is there a €30 deposit?
Meals are delivered in reusable glass containers.
A €30 refundable deposit is charged on your first order only.
From your second order onwards, no additional deposit is required, as containers are exchanged at each delivery.
How does the container exchange work?
Clean containers are collected during your next delivery and replaced with your new order.
As long as containers are returned, no further deposit payments are necessary.
What happens if I stop ordering?
If you decide to stop ordering, all containers must be returned.
Once returned in good condition, your €30 deposit will be refunded.
What happens if a container is damaged or lost?
If a container is broken, lost, or not returned, the replacement cost will be deducted from your deposit.
Containers returned in unsuitable condition may incur a cleaning fee.
Storage & Food
How long do meals stay fresh?
Meals should be refrigerated immediately after delivery.
Store at 3–7°C and consume within 3 days, including the delivery day.
For best quality, keep containers sealed until heating.
How do I heat the meals?
Meals can be heated in oven, airfryer or microwave.
Heating instructions are included on each container.
Are ingredients and allergens listed?
Yes. Full ingredient and allergen information is available in the weekly menu and labeled on the containers.

How does payment work?
Payment is processed in full at the time of ordering via our secure online checkout.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
How will I receive updates?
All communication regarding your order will be sent by email.
If needed, we may contact you regarding delivery timing, container returns, or order clarification.
